Original intention of practicing boxing
My love for Tai Chi is like my devotion to someone, with no reason, just full of joy. When I was young, I watched martial arts dramas, and the postures of those knights practicing Tai Chi planted seeds in my heart. Afterwards, I followed my master to learn Tai Chi. I practiced those complicated moves over and over again. Although my back and back pain and my clothes were soaked many times, every little improvement made me ecstatic.
The beginning of teaching
When I was a Tai Chi teacher for the first time, I was so nervous that my palms were sweating. The students' eyes were full of expectations, and I silently agreed to make a promise in my heart and determined to teach with sincerity. At first, many students even made irregular basic standing postures and seemed weak and weak. I guided them one by one, pointing out the areas where they were exerted and relaxed. Gradually , the students gradually mastered the key points, and their movements became more and more satisfactory.
Teaching methods
Each student is unique, just as every leaf has its own unique texture. I will not adopt a unified teaching method, but will tailor the teaching plan for students based on their physical fitness and adaptability. For students with weak constitutions, I will gradually increase the difficulty based on the basic action. For students with solid foundation, I will guide them to explore the deep theory of Tai Chi. I not only demonstrate the actions myself, but also tell the origin of Tai Chi, so that they can understand that Tai Chi is not only a routine, but also contains profound cultural connotations.
Students' growth
The students gradually grew from ignorant beginners to Tai Chi Courses Online , a master who can practice Tai Chi freely, which made me feel joyful. I remember a student was weak and sickly at first, but after Tai Chi training, his body gradually became stronger and his mental state became better. There was another student who had an impatient temper before, but after practicing Tai Chi, his personality became much more calm. Seeing these changes, I feel that all the efforts are worth it.
Tai Chi culture is rich in content, and I still have a lot of knowledge to master. I am eager to cultivate more outstanding Tai Chi practitioners, so that more people can become interested in Tai Chi and love it. I plan to organize more Tai Chi activities to give everyone the opportunity to share skills together. At the same time, I also want to learn from other Tai Chi teachers and constantly improve my teaching ability. Have you had any particularly unforgettable experiences during your Tai Chi learning?
