Breathing is the core of Tai Chi. Master often reminds you that breathing should be deep, smooth and delicate. At first, I often felt difficult to master, but with continuous practice, I slowly understood the key points. In every exercise, I always pay full attention to these details and correct irregular movements. Although this process is long and difficult, every little progress makes me feel extremely satisfied.
The realization of the fusion of body and mind
After continuous practice, I deeply felt the wonderful feeling of unity of body and mind. The anxiety and worries that I have in my daily life gradually disappear during the Tai Chi process. It seems as if I have integrated into nature and danced to the rhythm of nature. As my heart gradually calmed down, I found that I became more calm and peaceful in my life.
