I have a special liking for Tai Chi and understand that it is not only a martial art, but also a life philosophy and philosophy. Next, I would like to share with you my personal feelings as a Tai Chi enthusiast.
First meeting Taiji
I clearly remember the scene when I first witnessed my master practicing Tai Chi. The smooth movements as smooth as clouds and water, and the posture of combining hardness and softness immediately attracted me deeply, as if an invisible attraction led me to the realm of Tai Chi. Since then, I have firmly embarked on the path of learning Tai Chi. During the initial practice stage, I kept repeating every basic movement, from a rock-stable standing position to a simple move. Every exercise gave me a deeper understanding of the essence of Tai Chi.
Training insights
As time goes by, Tai Chi practice gradually gets on track, and weekly scheduled practices have become the most anticipated moment. But this process is not smooth. Every movement is strived for precision and every breath must be mastered just right. The hard work is self-evident. However, whenever difficulties are overcome, the physical and mental pleasure and satisfaction are unspeakable, this feeling motivates me to keep working hard.
Event experience
Participating in Tai Chi competitions is a brilliant moment in my life. Standing in the arena, facing many outstanding opponents, I was both nervous and full of expectations. Looking back on a crucial game, when my name and results were circulating on the radio, the joy and pride almost overflowed, and the efforts I put in over the years were finally recognized.
Inheriting the mission
Tai Chi culture has a long history, and for us enthusiasts, inheritance is our mission. I have guided a group of children in the past to practice Tai Chi, and watching them go from knowing nothing to being able to imitate a well-liked movement, the satisfaction is indescribable. I long to let more people know and fall in love with this ancient art through my own efforts.
Tai Chi Philosophy
Tai Chi is not only a physical activity, but also contains rich philosophical concepts. It taught me to keep my inner peace in my busy life and understand the importance of strength and softness, and balance of yin and yang. Now, no matter what challenges I encounter, I can use the wisdom of Tai Chi to solve problems.
